Honoring & Supporting Veterans

Our veteran programs are founded on the premise that when men and women fight to protect our country, we have an obligation to honor their service and sacrifice, and support them in the transition back to civilian life. Warrior Week and Warrior PATHH are specifically dedicated to serving post-9/11 veterans struggling with life after military service, as well as those struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and/or combat stress.

Join our Community

At a time when many feel alone and isolated, we remain steadfast in our commitment to serving post-9/11 veterans. We need each other more than ever and continue our work to increase Warrior wellbeing. If you are a veteran looking for connection and transition support, we invite you to join our virtual community. #warriorwellbeing #inthistogether

Our Commitment

If you’ve ever attended a Zac Brown Band concert, you’ve seen his support manifested in a very authentic and public way. Each time “Chicken Fried” is played, Zac and the band invite to the stage a local member of the military to honor them and the sacrifices they have made for our country – an emotional moment in front of tens of thousands of cheering fans.

We also work hard to instill that sense of patriotism in the children who attend summer camp at Camp Southern Ground with morning flag ceremonies and flag handling instruction.

We Can Never Repay

Camp Southern Ground will support those who have served our country by offering a summer camp experience to those children who are coping with the deployment of a parent, or those who have lost a loved one in service to our country. We know that experiencing outdoor adventures and building lifelong relationships provides a comforting respite for these youngsters.

A Proud Partnership

Built in partnership with Chris Kyle Frog Foundation and Boot Campaign, the Camp Southern Ground Confidence Course builds comradery and strengthens self-confidence as participants are pushed to reach personal achievements, expand their comfort zone, conquer their fears and trust their teammates.
